16 yrs ago I drove to western Kansas to pick up a little lab pup. On April 1, 2011 he went to sleep in my arms.  Kim, the boys, and I buried him by my grandpa's windmill. In between was the first dog I ever trained and he became a loyal hunting companion.  He never complained about being too cold or wet. Always jumping in the truck when the tailgate went down and wanting to go after one more thrown ball.  Spent the last 7 years in retirement on the couch. Now he is in Dog Heaven watching ducks come in. Thanks ole Simba for being a great companion.
